Feasibility Studies

The feasibility, technical and economic Studies, for the implementation of IT solutions, cover different organizational, operative and technological aspects, such as:

  • Survey of areas and processes to be modified.
  • Survey of management or executive area expectations in respect to the objectives to be achieved.
  • Analysis and assessment of area reengineering processes and applications.
  • Search of technological solutions.
  • Preparation of documents for supplier and product selection (RFI Request for Information, RFP - Request for Proposal).

The whole process represents a minimum investment with respect to the overall cost of a project and has, as a main benefit, the possibility of making decisions based on objective and irrefutable information.
