operative and technological aspects, such as:
- Survey of areas and processes to be modified.
- Survey of management or executive area expectations in
respect to the objectives to be achieved.
- Analysis and assessment of area reengineering processes
and applications.
- Search of technological solutions.
- Preparation of documents for supplier and product selection
(RFI Request for Information, RFP - Request for Proposal).
The whole process represents a minimum investment with respect
to the overall cost of a project and has, as a main benefit,
the possibility of making decisions based on objective and
