Quality Management: Project deliverables,
Quality requirements, Quality control activities, Quality
assurance activities, follow-up on errors,
Problem Management: A process that manages
and follows-up incidents, Scaling procedure,

procedures and standards (version control, distribution,
file or deletion), Library Structure.
