This service is intended to those small and medium-sized companies that do not require a system department but rely on their computers for their performance.
The full technical support consist of scheduled periodic visits in which the following tasks will be carried out:
- Cleaning of equipment (spywares, adwares, trojans, temporary files)
- Maintenance of anti-virus software
- Improvement of desktops
- Survey of possible problems
- Reports about computer security
- Backups
Additional support hours will be provided On-Site (in the company), for possible problems to be solved by one of our technicians out of agreed visits. Just by calling our technicians by phone, they will be arriving to your company within two hours (City of Buenos Aires and Great Buenos Aires). All of our subscribed customers have at their disposal unlimited support via phone and by mail.
Emergencies There are moments when a computer can cause the whole company's operations to stop and bring about serious problems. These problems often happen "at the worst moment". It is for these companies needing to have their computers running all the time that we have developed this emergency service. This service will make you be sure that in case you have a problem our technicians will be arriving at your place in just a few minutes.
Remote Support In case you would like to have the possibility of solving your minor problems in a fast way, you may require this service in addition to your full technical support subscription. A minimum cost which will prevent you from lots of downtime due to software failure.
